Who qualifies?

I typically work with $5M tech companies with complex products. We further qualify the companies through the application process. We sometimes accept smaller projects as well, as long as we can almost guarantee we can help them.

Who is this for?

You need to have at least $1M in revenue. That ensures you have the data I need to do my need. From there, I typically work with companies in the $1M to $20M revenue range, with the biggest company so far having $50M in revenue.

How much revenue do we need to have to qualify?

Typically I recommend you are making at least $1M in revenue so I know you have the data I need to do my job.

How much does the execution cost?

If you qualify, the audit is free. The Roadmap as well. The execution starts at $4.5k / month and it depends on the complexity of the execution.

Can you guarantee results?

No one can guarantee results, as every company is different. I can guarantee, I will focus all my efforts towards hitting your goals. That’s why I only work with at most 2 companies per quarter.

How exactly does this work?

2) If I see from the answers I can help you, we’ll meet on a call discussing challenges and agreeing on what needs to be done.

3) I do an audit on your company and build a playbook.

4) We meet on a call so I can take you through the playbook. Everything so far is FREE.

5) We discuss the execution of the playbook. You have the option of hiring me to execute the plays in the playbook or you can do it on your own.

What happens if I don’t want to hire you to execute the roadmap?

Nothing. You keep the playbook and we part ways.

What happens if I want to prolong our relationship after the execution?

If we work well together, we can always extend our partnership. With most clients, I work for at least 12-18 months as my work results in high ROI.

What happens if I want to cancel the engagement before the end of 3 months?

You can cancel at the end of each month. You keep everything that was done until that point.
